The modern appearance of the hotel was refreshing.

The room cleanliness was horrendous. it was dusty and poorly maintained. I also had a frustrating experience with the key cards that constantly failed. To top it off, they ignored my request for extra towels after the cleaning service neglected to come.

Comfortable stay with potential for improvements

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the comfy bed which provided a good night's sleep. The ice machine worked well, allowing for easy access to chilled drinks throughout my stay. However, the heater in my room was not functioning properly, which definitely affected my comfort level during the night.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room, Disability Access, Non-Smoking. The ice machine worked well, and the shower was good for handicapped access. However, the room wasn’t that clean. there was dust on the TV and cabinets, and they didn’t come to clean on Saturday. So, that was a bit disappointing.

I had a delightful dining experience at a nearby place that served killer tacos, perfect after a long day. Plus, the quiet ambiance made for a pleasant stay, which was a nice switch-up from past visits! The staff seemed genuinely nice too, which adds a little extra comfort to the experience.

On the flip side, I was thrown for a loop when the clerk couldn't print a receipt at checkout. And let’s talk about that 'smoke-free room'—smelled anything but smoke-free, which was a bit of a bummer.
